This PR changes ci.yml to use Github hosted runners instead of the self-hosted infrastructure provided by ZettaScale. Those self-hosted runners were deprecated internally at ZettaScale. I moved the jobs to use the Github hosted runners since it should fall under the free usage for public repositories. In any case, I monitor the runner usage, and if it starts to cost too much I'll let you know and we can discuss alternatives.
I also updated them to the latest instead of keeping the old runners version (e.g. ubuntu-22.04) but let me know if you prefer to use ubuntu-22.04 on some specific job.
