* nested holons receive node context from config-jsons * gridcongestion incentives work with nested holons and their members TODO: check heat exported from holons with utility buildings (possibly missing districtheating deliverysets MT + logic).
* DH basic logic for buildings, network bugfixes and tweaks
Curtailer heat for HT-residual heat for better accounting of heat exports and imports
