It's been a long time since I've looked at this project, but I don't see opencv-python on the list, which I thought this project required.

I can't recall off the top of my head but I was able to successfully run your application with these dependencies. I'd pitch that a requirements.txt file missing one dependency is better than no requirements.txt file at all. It's your project though!
