Task 2
My proposal to create "infinite" scroll of news with loading by some small numbers of news per one time (ex. 10) to avoid freezers on UI. Also we can perform pretty UI with animation while opening news page with details. In oflline mode we can show last loaded news with toast about offline mode. One of the best feature it is subscribing for some specific category of news, so user will see just his interests, and in filter user can select any other category, or all of them.
