Hello,

Main reasons:

PlexMediaServer updates are released on a weekly basis
This repo does not have much maintainers for that
PlexMediaServer does not have breaking changes in its releases
Will simplify Plex updating in Yunohost for everyone

New install mechanism:

Fetch latest builds list from Plex servers
Select release that match detected architecture
Download & validate checksum
Install

NB:
I understand that this release may not be accepted as I'm not sure it fit to Yunohost app versioning philosophy. That's just a proposal
