English translations to code comments

Added English translations to all Chinese code comments, no functional changes were made. Copilot agent ran through and did all the translations, I modified formatting a bit.
EDIT: Hold on this PR for the time being until @KlN-4096 and his 1.0.5 master branch can be merged as they've made a lot of changes in their branch and this commit will need to be redone for translations.
