Move turborepo failure detection from logs-server (Pub/Sub + DuckDB) into the fluentbit pipeline itself. rewrite_tag matches "command finished with error" and routes failures to a low-latency output, while bulk logs continue to S3 unchanged. Adds turbo-stub Job for local testing and a compare-buckets.sh script for GCS bucket analysis. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
