PR: ANDR-28: Добавить кнопку "Следующий вопрос"
🧩 Что сделано:
• Добавлены кнопки "Предыдущий" и "Следующий" в списках с вопросами на вкладках "Вопросы" и "Коллекции"
• Исправлена навигация по кнопке Назад в списках с вопросами
