Add possibility to add scripts to <head> tag.

We need it for Typekit fonts, for example.

# List all custom tags you want to appear in the <head> section
head_tags:
  - '<script src="//use.typekit.net/lfl3jyz.js"></script>'
  - '<script>try{Typekit.load();}catch(e){}</script>'
