MSAS windows forms

First release of the windows forms version of MSAS. #4

Features:

1. Automatic check for updates it sends a request for a version number HERE
2. Console output
3. Command box to send commands to the server
4. "Generate Eula" button
5. Excessive ram warning
6. nice little "Clear" console button
7. a trackbar to select amount of ram to use, here is an example of one
8. MSAS will not close unless the server is stopped by the STOP SERVER button or taskmanager
