This is response to commit - 180d1ce .
@derrickgw We have added the option to pass character device as input to the xvcserver and verify xvc driver app with commits - 8f6bd76 and a0d58e8 . Thanks for proposing this change.

Fixed some bugs (listen() and shiften len > 18 & <32)
Pass device node as an argument (in case there are multiple jtag interfaces)
Print the tcl command necessary to open the hardware server.
