Summary

add release 0.1.9 entry plus new highlights for spool sorting and post-print assignment
document new configuration options (SPOOL_SORTING, TZ) and Bambu Studio 2.x compatibility
note multi-arch docker images and new post-print assignment capability in wiki pages
