Added 6 New Benchmarks:

• Logistics:
  • Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (only A-n53-k7 rn).
  • Traveling Salesman Problem (only A-n53-k7).
• Packing:
  • Circle in Circle Container Packing.
• Geometry:
  • Spherical Code.
• Combinatorics:
  • Graph Coloring.
  • Euclidian Steiner Tree Problem.

Thank you Ananta.

I am only thinking that it would be nice if we refactor the benchmarks/problems directories as they now serve the same purpose.
So perhaps some the "problems" (like bbob, sbox etc) should actually move to benchmarks/bbo/ (black box optimization).
This can be done in another PR, so I will approve this one, but we can discuss.
