We are thrilled to announce the first release of GradPose, our novel structural superimposition command-line tool and Python package for PDB files. GradPose is designed to provide researchers and practitioners in the field of bioinformatics with an efficient and scalable method for aligning large numbers of protein structures to a reference structure.
