Closing — this PR bundles 5 major version bumps (ESLint 10, Tailwind 4, TypeScript 6, Vite 8, @vitejs/plugin-react 6) that each require migration work:

  • Tailwind 3→4: CSS-first config, no more tailwind.config.js, new @import "tailwindcss" syntax
  • TypeScript 5→6: Potential breaking type changes across the codebase
  • Vite 7→8: Rolldown bundler backend, plugin API changes
  • ESLint 9→10: Flat config changes
  • @vitejs/plugin-react 5→6: Babel removed, requires @rolldown/plugin-babel if needed

These should be done individually in feature branches with proper testing. The vitest 4.1.1→4.1.2 patch is safe but not worth keeping this PR for.
