Cleaning up the conversion scripts

Right now the scripts are messy. I think first steps should be:

• - Converting to loops the copying of files
• - Making the scripts target the directory of the raw data (right now they search in the working directory)
• Add some sanity checks
• We should add checks to see if the file already exists in the correct location, before copying it over
• We should double to check that it is impossible to double cut any dummy volumes

There should be a part of the script that converts the onset times from the logfiles to EV files and puts them in:
[subjectdir]/MNINonLinear/Results/[taskdir]/EVs
