Add astronaut category and Crew 71 members to data

Extends the person categorization system with a new "astronaut" category and adds Justin Pociask as staff and 4 Crew 71 members (using placeholders) to the data.

Type System

• Added 'astronaut' to Category type union in types/index.ts
• Updated validation script to include 'astronaut' and previously missing 'sil-lab'

UI Components

• OrganizedPersonGrid: Added astronaut to category ordering and labels map
• PersonModal: Added orange badge styling for astronaut category
• CoordinatePicker: Added astronaut and sil-lab options to category dropdown

Data

• Added Justin Pociask as staff member
• Added 4 Crew 71 astronaut entries with placeholder names
• Updated todo.md to reflect completed tasks
