Updates the text of devil, demon, wager recipient, souls, and wager to reflect two changes:
on 2, if a player has not made a choice by eon, they protect themself (occurs at lock?)
compresses the text of devil but ALSO includes more info!!!!! wow!!! amazing!!!!!!!!

ALSO @McTsts ideally, a second-time wager recipient would have a different or additional 🎉 you have received the wager 🎉 message to make sure they know they only have two options. rn i think it just posts $i wager? in which case an additional message makes the most sense
