Ticket flow

- CREATED: Ticket created by client or editor.
- AUDIO RECORDING: Editor submits an audio (either recorded or generated) based on the given text content. Client checks the tone, flow and the duration of the audio, then approves or requests changes.
- STORYBOARDING: Editor splits the scenes based on the given content, submits key frames as storyboard with comments. Client reviews and approves or requests changes.
- PRODUCTION: Editor starts animating the video based on the received content, approved audio and keyframes.
- FIRST CUT: Editor submits a low-res video for approval. Client can approve or request changes.
- REVISIONS: Editor starts working on the changes requested by client (if any).
- FINAL CUT: Upon approval of first cut/revisions, the Editor renders the high-res video and uploads to a cloud storage.
- CLOSED: Editor or Client marks the ticket as closed.
