Needed to compile for latest NodeJS
True triangle and not the same code as the static example.

I also took the time to clean the triangle example with a proper triangle and not using the same code as the 4th example named "static" in the examples directory. |

Here are some fixes needed to compile your library for the latest NodeJS versions (like 12.x & 13.x)
I have tested them on RPi3 (RDK 2.0 with Firebolt SDK + official NodeJS armv7l) and also on PC under Linux and MacOS.
