src/token/WeP.sol- Mintable and burnable ERC20 token with OpenZeppelin ERC20Votes.

src/staking/facets/WeRaStakingFacet.sol- Manages staking with a treasury, minting and burning WeP tokens 1:1 with a stablecoin.

This core implementation provides foundational token and staking mechanics, leveraging the Diamond Proxy pattern for flexibility and upgradability.
Foundry is a blazing fast, portable and modular toolkit for Ethereum application development written in Rust.
Foundry consists of:
- Forge: Ethereum testing framework (like Truffle, Hardhat and DappTools).
- Cast: Swiss army knife for interacting with EVM smart contracts, sending transactions and getting chain data.
- Anvil: Local Ethereum node, akin to Ganache, Hardhat Network.
- Chisel: Fast, utilitarian, and verbose solidity REPL.
