This project focuses on the construction and analysis of linear models under classical assumptions, and the application of One-Way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) to test hypotheses about the equality of group means. The work includes computing estimates, confidence intervals, model diagnostics, and statistical inference. This is a continuation of the study of real estate prices in the Seattle area, and in addition, ANOVA investigated the batteries in phones. Written in the R programming language
