Added a "collection" parameter to the scripts and setting the default to collection 2. It might be more readable if the file lists were built in a standalone script and/or built as nested dictionaries or something.

It might be more readable if the file lists were built in a standalone script and/or built as nested dictionaries or something, but this is good enough for now. I probably will need to update the documentation and examples a little bit, but I haven't checked that yet.
This should address #22
