Modifies
fyre-e2e.shto also run the operator inAllNamespacesandSingleNamespaceinstall mode in addition to already running inOwnNamespace(the default behaviour), by also running scorecard Kuttl tests in the new folders,kuttl-all-namespacesandkuttl-single-namespace, respectively.AllNamespacesandSingleNamespaceneed permissions to view ConfigMap resources inopenshift-operatorsand$WEBSPHERE_LIBERTY_OPERATOR_NAMESPACE(determined when running fyre-e2e.sh) respectively, so a separate RBAC config for ClusterRole/Role permissions is provided inkuttl-rbac-watch-all.yamlandkuttl-rbac-watch-another.yamland used for these tests only.
