HI when my customer made an order he had a coupon which made the order FREE to get the coupon gave im 100% off - so teh item was free .When he confirned teh order it went through to viva payments screen and was confirmed and then was a redirection and an error page which gave this

Please advise. The order actually went through but what is this error ????
