🎲 VisGames @ EuroVis 2025 — Supplementary Materials Repository

June 2, 2025 - Luxembourg

Welcome to the companion repository for the Workshop on Visualization Play, Games, and Activities presented at EuroVis 2025!
This repository contains supplementary materials, guides, and resources for each of the games and playful activities showcased during our session.

These submissions explore novel and engaging ways of using games to communicate, teach, and co-create around data and visualization—ranging from strategy-driven board games to card-based storytelling and co-design experiences with children.

Each submission is housed in a separate folder using the format:
📁 100X_Lastname
Inside, you'll find printable assets, rulebooks, setup instructions, and in some cases, code or interactive components.

📁 Repository Structure

Each folder (100X_Lastname) contains:

  • 🧩 Game assets (printable cards, boards, tokens, etc.)
  • 🎬 A brief video showcasing the game
  • 📘 Rulebooks or instructions
  • 🛠 Setup or facilitator guides
  • (Optional) 🖥️ Digital components or code
