  • Introduce velocity recalculation (ray tracing) for intermediate steps in higher order schemes like RK2/3 with the nCalculateIntermediateVelocities parameter

  • Add an example "simpleEtching" which uses multiple schemes, including intermediate velocity calculation

  • Update holeEtching to show plasma etching with and without velocity recalculation

  • Introduce 3rd order WENO scheme to ViennaPS

  • Works with ViennaLS>=5.5.0 only
