Known Issues and Solutions

Error during setup: “Supported compiler not detected” when downloading the Flow Registration toolbox

Cause:
A supported MEX compiler is not installed or not detected by MATLAB.

Solution:
See the Installation and Requirements sections on the FlowRegistration GitHub page.

Error: Unknown function or variable 'DumperOptions'

Cause:
A Java dependency was not properly registered in the MATLAB Java path.

Solution:
Restart MATLAB and try again.
