Guillotine enforces decisions you already made and failed to execute.

It is a **Claude Code–native execution utility**.
It is not configurable.
It does not ask questions.
It does not wait for certainty.

If output is incomplete, speculative, misaligned, or weak,
**Guillotine deletes it. Immediately. Permanently.**
