• records artifact-0004 as the first VERIFRAX evidence line for a CORPIFORM authority-governed execution receipt
• preserves the consumed command object, consumed authority object, emitted receipt, and raw and canonical receipt integrity digests
• updates the public evidence index and bootstrap-chain status to register artifact-0004 as a recorded execution boundary
