Align VERIFRAX evidence index with recorded CORPIFORM component surface

Why

VERIFRAX already records the CORPIFORM component surface, but the canonical evidence index must also expose that surface so the stack boundary is navigable from the public evidence root.

Result

• indexes the recorded CORPIFORM component surface from the canonical VERIFRAX evidence root
• makes the CORPIFORM execution component discoverable alongside other recorded evidence surfaces
• aligns evidence navigation with the already-recorded cross-repository component boundary

Boundary

This change updates evidence indexing only. It does not alter component-surface contents, bootstrap-chain verdicts, package surfaces, or authority artifacts.
