• defines the first publishable npm identity for CORPIFORM as
• classifies CORPIFORM as a shell-based CLI / action-wrapper package rather than a JavaScript library package
• records the initial include and exclude boundary for the first truthful package tarball

• the package contract is now explicit before any package.json or tarball mechanics are introduced
• CORPIFORM is positioned as the authority / execution substrate package in the stack
• whole-repository publication drift is constrained before package implementation begins
