Included surfaces

  • runtime refusal entry and authority gate routing
  • revocation verification and application path
  • scope, time-window, custody, and refusal alignment
  • execute-once lock path and ledger recording behavior
  • canonical fixture entrypoints and signing-key fixtures
  • conformance test isolation for replay, revocation, and ledger guarantees

Result

  • restores continuous authority enforcement from runtime entry through execution gate
  • makes refusal paths emit denial artifacts through the canonical denial surface
  • makes successful execution emit signed receipts into the receipt ledger
  • restores replay refusal, revocation refusal, and ledger invariants under test
  • aligns fixture names and trusted issuer surfaces with the active runtime contract

Boundary

This change aligns CORPIFORM runtime enforcement, fixtures, and conformance tests. It does not change protocol purpose, governance posture, or external authority model.
