This fixes everything that broke with the new canvas stuff and brings everything up to date with 0.7.6

Hi, curious of the status of this. Foundry is now at 0.7.8 and this module is keeping my from upgrading as I rely on it. Did any discussion happen with the author? Will maintenance proceed? Should we start pointing to @crhampton1's fork instead?

While the repository has a `prettier-format` command, it does not seem
to have been run in some time. Run it to establish a consistent baseline
for making further changes.
This brings various build/utility files in line with the source files
of the project, ensuring a consistent formatting experience.
Switch to using the updated "id" field in build tooling, rather than the
now-defunct "name" field. This fixes some broken `gulp` commands
(notably, `npm run build:link`/`watch`).
This squashes a common, junk error when loading a scene which does not
have simplefog flags set (e.g. a scene created before the module was
activated).
