Download and install Qt 5.9

go to download qt 5.9.8
install qt 5.9 into your system

Open VS2015 and install plugin for qt

tools->Extensions and Updates
search QT Visual Studio Tools and enable it
Setup Qt 5.9 environment, tool bar add new "Qt vs Tools" option
Enable Qt vs Tools

Now you can build qt project in the vs2015
