Bugfix release focused on settings announcements and consistency improvements.

Fixes:

Resolution value announcements now wait for refreshed post-change value (no stale pre-change reads).
Calibration hint is combined with calibration menu opening into one utterance.
Localized map dream/level name announcements across all supported game languages.
