Create SRS for Sentiment Analysis Platform

Created a detailed Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document (SRS.md) for the Sentiment Analysis Platform. The SRS covers:

• Introduction, Purpose, and Scope.
• Overall Description (Product Perspective, Functionality, User Characteristics).
• Specific Requirements (Functional requirements for Auth, Video Analysis, Live Detection, Document Analysis, Billing, API Keys).
• Non-functional Requirements (Performance, Security, Reliability).
• System Models and Architecture.
• Future Requirements.

The document is based on the analysis of the existing codebase, including the Next.js frontend/backend, Python pdf-analyzer-service, and Jupyter notebooks.
