IGOR Manually Set Time Addition

Added a SET option to the script to allow for manual updates to flow minutes.

• Similar in functionality to setting the countdown timer, it defaults to your current flow time, and then you can go up or down in case you forgot to turn IGOR on during a meeting/flow or forgot to turn it off after.

**My background is Python coding, so this may not be the cleanest implementation, but it works for me and doesn't seem to break anything else! Please let me know of any improvements to make.

I also included a step file for an updated faceplate. It allow for m2 screws to attach the OLED Screen (The one on Amazon that UrbanCircles linked in the Youtube video) to the faceplate, and it still snaps into place with the rest of the body
