Description
This PR adds a mention of Docker examples in the main documentation page (
docs/index.md) to help users quickly get started with UCP reference servers without needing to install Node.js or Python locally.The change adds a link to the Docker examples in the "Get started today" section, making it easier for developers to discover this quick-start option. This documentation update complements the Docker implementation that was added in the samples repository.
Related implementation: The Docker setup and examples are implemented in Universal-Commerce-Protocol/samples#14.
