Summary

  • add sibling runtime env keys to root .env.example
  • wire runtime env vars and docker socket mounts for otter-server and otter-worker in docker-compose.yml
  • update root docs and operations guide for runtime model, troubleshooting, and socket security caveat
  • bump otter and seal submodules to runtime integration commits

Test plan

  • docker compose config
  • ./kymatics.sh up
  • verify runtime endpoints and shell websocket through Seal modal
  • ./kymatics.sh down

Mount the Docker socket and runtime env in compose, document the sibling-container operations model, and bump otter/seal submodules to include runtime container + interactive terminal support.

Request Review

Expose OTTER_API_BASE_URL in root env and compose wiring for Vibe callback prompts. Refresh root and operations docs with queue pause/resume and preview URL flow, and update otter/seal submodule pointers to latest feature commits.
Ensure root pre-commit otter hooks use rustup cargo path reliably, keep compose wiring aligned with latest runtime env updates, and bump otter/seal submodule refs to newly pushed fixes.
Update otter and seal submodule pointers after switching each repo to main and pulling latest fast-forward updates from origin/main.
