Related task on mom: Jupyter automarker backend: Make sure error messages are correctly interpreted

Description:

  1. Create the tests for checking if error messages are properly interpreted, these tests will initially fail.
  2. Refactor the existing backend code for the jupyter automaker tests to pass.
  3. Repeat 1-2 until all the bugs are squashed.
