Currently, error and bias only selectively apply to some drives. If a drive is moving in the y-direction, only y error and y and rotation bias are applied. The other terms do nothing.
Fixing this will involve re-imagining the drive error and bias calculation algorithm to be able to include bias and error in all directions for all movement types.
