nexus.oit.umn.edu has been retired, which was breaking builds. While credentials are still required to perform builds using artifactory.umn.edu this at least allows the build to run.

The goal of this Pull is to fix the build, which used to rely on the now-defunct nexus.oit.umn.edu Maven repository, and update (minor) versions of the application dependencies.
