It is not easy to make this extension compatible with PHP 8.2, as the latest version of h5p-core and h5p-editor is only compatible with PHP 7.
Nevertheless, I tried to make the extension work with TYPO3 v12.4 and PHP 8.2. In the backend the extension works without errors, as far as I could test so far. However, this version is still a long way from being stable.
But better than nothing.
