Hi! I'm Trouperton, a developer with a broad range of skills with a penchant for project management.

What I'm the proudest of

The project I am the proudest of would be "Ballroom Madness" that we submitted for the Global Game Jam 2026, for it I was the project managed and it was a very satisfying challenge as 3/5 of the members of the team had never previously worked collaboratively with others.

As such I took on the task to mentor those members on the team on using key methodologies such as kanban boards using Trello and Scrum meetings. Along the way I was striving to help them to understand the importance of communicating with me and the rest of the team on their work to ensure smooth progress of the project.

In the end we successfully delivered a working game within the 7 days that we had, despite all the challenges. Not many devs or teams can say they got a working game during their first game jam!
