Summary

  • replace placeholder failing specs with a simple check that RSpec runs
  • add GitHub Actions workflow to run the RSpec suite on Ruby 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, and 3.4

Testing

  • bundle exec rake spec (fails: Could not find gem 'rspec (~> 3.0)' in locally installed gems)
