Support using docker for your bot

Description

This PR will add docker support (e.g. running your bot in Docker).
This change does move the configuration file location from the primary directory to ./config.

How Has This Been Tested?

Test Configuration:

• Firmware version: Docker version 19.03.11, build 42e35e61f3 & docker-compose version 1.23.2, build 1110ad0
• OS: Ubuntu 20.04
