Hello everyone 👋

My name is Tom, I am from Bray co Wicklow, a city south of Dublin in Ireland.

I'm a Technical Support Engineer at Salesforce, based in Ireland, with 2+ years of experience helping customers troubleshoot complex issues and succeed on the Salesforce platform.

While I’m not a practicing developer today, I graduated with distinction from the Code Institute’s Full Stack Software Development program, and I still lean on that foundation every day in my work — from analyzing platform behavior to communicating technical issues clearly and effectively.
