Completly Standalone
Spawn & Use: Players can spawn a wheelchair and are placed into it automatically.
Despawn Logic: Only despawns if nearby and unoccupied. Prevents misuse with clear error messages.
Vehicle Key Support: Fully compatible with any vehiclekeys and qs-vehiclekeys (if running).
Setup Details: Auto-places on ground, sets 90% fuel, and assigns a custom plate.
Optimized Code: Lightweight, clean, and uses hashed ped IDs for tracking.
Configurable: Easily swap out the wheelchair model via Config.WheelchairVeh.
