Mainly updates to fend off code rot, and stability improvements.

  • Uses TA.Utils libraries
  • Uses TA.WinFormsControls library instead of ASCOM.Controls
  • Updated all dependencies especially TA.Ascom.ReactiveCommunications
  • Added a CompositionRoot class to properly manage object lifecycles and logging injection
  • Deleted some obsolete code
  • Merged the ASCOM Switch project into the LocalServer project (better for security, no need to load untrusted assemblies)
